Aeroponics does not need a substrate since it basically entails the growing of different plants while suspending their roots in different deep air or growth chambers. The main advantage of this process is excellent aeration.
Ebb-flow systems are mostly used when people are carrying different hydroponic activities back at home. Ebb-flow systems are easy to construct and they can be built with any material which might be found lying around. The drip system can be referred to as the most adopted hydroponic system which is used by numerous farmers. This is a very easy concept which requires very few parts yet it is effective and very versatile. Here people just drip nutrient solutions on different plant roots so as to keep the roots moist.
